Linda,
I miss you so much already! You were such an amazing organizer and you had such a way with convincing others that they had the talent to do ministries of the church. The children at Platt Springs were richly blessed by you and all you did to teach and love them. The women were also blessed by your organizational skills in our mission projects. You fulfilled John Wesley's most famous quote: "Do all the good you can, by all the means you can, in all the ways you can, in all the places you can,at all the times you can, to all the people you can, as long as ever you can." I understand you were still planning children's activities from your hospital bed. When I went to see Sarah and Richard, I was greeted by a gift you had meant to give me, which Sarah kindly gave me. It was a bag which had "Woman on a Mission" written on it. If ever there was a Woman on a Mission, it was you, my dear friend. My heart is full from the love you gave out so generously. Thank you for a life well-lived. We can all learn by your selfless example.
