Obituary of Terresa Ann Allen

Terresa Ann (Black) Allen passed away peacefully on Feb. 23, 2023 at the age of 75. Born in Union, SC, she was the daughter of the late Dewey Black and Agnes Bloodworth. Her life was a model of Christian love, humility, and service. She taught for three decades, first at Columbia High School and then at Lower Richland High School. She was a loving mother to three children: Christopher Allen of Columbia, SC (Becky), Michael Allen of Charlottesville, VA (Elizabeth), and Kristen Allen of Columbia, SC (Will). She is also survived by seven grandchildren: Rowan, Annabella, Sabrina, Julia, James, Anna, and Benjamin.

Terresa will be buried at Greenlawn Memorial Park in Columbia, SC.
