Mary Elizabeth Fairchild Kolb

Mary Kolb went home to be with The Lord on September 24, 2022. She loved the Lord our God with all her heart, soul and mind. Mary was born August 31^st 1924 in Steadman NC, married the love of her life on July 4^th 1950.  

She is predeceased by her husband, HL Kolb of 62 years and is survived by three son’s  Michael, Darrell, and Tommy along with many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Mary was a lifetime member of Westside Baptist Church and a longtime member of the Mountain Movers. She also enjoyed baking cakes and quite the artist in decorating them.  Mary loved serving her family and friends through her talents of hosting and cooking. 

Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, September 28^th, 2022 at Thompson Funeral Home, 4720 Augusta Road, Lexington SC 29073. The family will receive friends from 10:00-11:00 at the funeral home prior to the service; burial will follow at Westside Baptist Cemetery.
