Obituary of Ashley Lynne Hardister

Ashley "Ash" Lynne Hardister, 39, of Irmo, SC passed away on Tuesday, February 8, 2022, at home after a courageous battle with cancer. She was born in Jefferson City, MO on July 6, 1982, to Patrick and Teresa Hardister. She attended Midlands Technical College and was currently working as a Compliance Manager at Hireright/GIS in Chapin, SC.

Ashley is survived by her mother, Teresa (Terri) von Besser of Irmo; father, Patrick Hardister of New Jersey; and by her grandfather, aunts, uncles and cousins.  She was predeceased by her grandmother, Diana S. Kiser; and uncle, Dr. Tony Kiser.

A memorial service will he held for Ashley Friday, February 25, 2022 at 2pm in the Chapel of Thompson Funeral Home at Greenlawn Memorial Park, 845 Leesburg Rd. Columbia, SC 29209.  A visitation with family will follow from 3pm to 5pm. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her honor to the American Cancer Society.
