Obituary of Jeremy Ryan Moorer

Jeremy Ryan Moorer, 41, of Columbia, SC, was called home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, December 29, 2021. Born on September 2, 1980 to Frank Byron and Mary Margert Moorer, Jeremy was the middle child of three boys. He lived his best life growing up with friends and family who loved and adored him.

Jeremy exceled both athletically and academically, graduating from A.C. Flora High School, then attending the University of South Carolina. His passions in life included USC football, Atlanta Braves baseball, playing golf and softball, and being with friends and family.

Surviving him are his daughter, Taylor Ryan Moorer of Lexington, SC; his parents, Frank Moorer & Shireen Moorer of Irmo, SC; his brother, Greg Moorer of Fort Mill, SC; his sisters, Kirby Rich, and Madeline Moorer, both of Irmo, SC; all of his living aunts and uncles, nieces and nephews.

He will be missed by many, but now reunited with his mom, grandmothers, grandfather, aunts and uncles.
