To say I am at a total loss and heartbroken is an understatement. I am just finding this out today. I just spoke to Robert a couple of weeks ago. He had lost his mom, dad, and our cat George all since April. Robert Browder was my best friend and THE MOST LOYAL and oddly quirky person I know. He was a complex but deeply sensitive man. He was the first man that actually prayed with me, and we often prayed together. We have remained best of friends since we both left Atlanta in 2013. Although we had not seen one another since we moved, we never skipped a beat each time we talked. He was ALWAYS constant. What many people don't know is Robert had a huge heart for those with disabilities. He would often find veterans or others that were in need of help and befriend them and do what he could to help (buy groceries, run errands, etc). He had a deep love of animals and always helped local animal shelters with food, fund raising, and support. In fact, one of his dreams was to open a pet rescue. He was the king of Cat Jokes….in all honesty…he loved his pets more than most people. Robert was also known as “Bobby” Browder in his younger years. He didn't like to talk about too much. With that being said “Bobby” was quite the charmer I am told. Robert lived in the Hollywood Hills a few years before I met him. He had a deep love of the Hollywood Hills. Most of all Honor meant everything to Robert. He often mentioned there were not enough men of honor left in this world. This picture is quintessential Robert. Ray and Stephen…I am so sorry for all of your losses this year. My prayers go out to you.

Please accept my sincerest condolences for your loss of Bobby. He was a classmate and a friend at LHS. Bobby was fun and kind, and I am saddened by this loss. Mrs. Browder sat behind my husband and me at church and she was a precious woman as well. Prayers and love for you for your losses. God Bless Janet Sease Phillips LHS Class of 84

I am so so sorry Browder family for your loss of Robert. He called me years ago wanting to help my cat rescue. I couldn’t believe a person would be so kind. He would stop by or call a few times a month buying food or paying
