I have very fond memories of our OCC time together, working in Multinational Banking with Bob at L’enfant Plaza in the good old days. I especially recall the many mornings we would slip out of the office and head to the lower level of the building to People’s Drug Store, where we would head to the counter in the rear of the store and enjoy breakfast together. My wife Bev just recalled being at their going away party in DC when Bob announced the place they were moving to started with “Ch” and Lynn thought it must be Chicago but was delighted when Bob said it was Charlotte. Rest In Peace Bob. Now you’re with your sweetheart again. Bob and Bev Inskeep

Robert was one of my dearest friends, as was his wife, Lynn. We spent many happy times together when we all lived in Virginia and when they moved back to South Carolina. My heart is broken, and so sad for their daughters and family ...I will miss them forever. Robert and Lynn were such a wonderful couple, it was obvious they loved each other. I have felt to helpless during this sad time as I prayed so hard but wanted to do more. Rest in peace...
