Obituary of Klay Bradley Ethan Crossway

Klay Bradley Ethan Crossway, 20, of Lugoff, SC, passed away June 1, 2021 at his apartment in Clemson, SC, where he was attending college.

Klay was born October 29, 2000, and was the son of Kimberley Ellington and AJ Potts. He graduated from Lugoff-Elgin High School, was employed by Lowes and attending Clemson University.

He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and mostly wrestling-MMA. He loved his family with all his heart.

Surviving are his mother, Kimberley Ellington; sisters, Deborah Michelle and Jersey Potts; and brothers, Matthew (Gus) and Zack Potts. He is also survived by his paternal grandparents, Allen, Dina, Doris and Calvin; and maternal grandparents, Ken and Deborah Ellington; along with several aunts, uncles and many cousins.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Sunday, June 6, 2021 at Thompson Funeral Home of Lexington. The family will receive friends from 12:00-1:45pm prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Southland Memorial Gardens.
