Obituary of Ann Lybrand

Ann Lybrand, 75, passed away Wednesday, February 24, 2021. She was born January 20, 1946 in Newberry to the late Floyd and Ollie Kyzer. In addition to her parents, Ann was preceded in death by a son, James Robert “Jimmy” Lybrand.

Mrs. Lybrand is survived by her husband of 55 years, Robert Wayne Lybrand; children: Rhonda Lybrand Williams, Craig Kelly (Beth), Wyneé Lybrand Ard (Joe); grandchildren: Michael Williams, Jeff Williams, James Patrick Kelly, Chelsea Anne Cockrell, and Eli Ard; sisters: Marilyn Willingham and Cindy O’Neal. She was preceded in death by a sister, Jimmienell Wells.

Ann was a member of Trinity Baptist Church. She was retired from The South Carolina Highway Department. Ann was a loving wife, mother, nanny, sister, and friend. She will be missed by all.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 28, 2021 starting at 2:00-3:00 p.m. at Trinity Baptist Church followed by the service at the church, followed by a burial at Southland Memorial Gardens.
