Obituary of Terry Glen Livingston

Terry Glen Livingston, 64, passed away on Monday, February 22, 2021. Born on April 5, 1956, in Honolulu, Hawaii, he was a son of Wilson Z. Livingston and Dorothy Smith Livingston.
Terry was the founder and owner of Bender Mender Automotive for 38 years. Truly a strong pillar of his community, he spent 35 years making charitable contributions and adding to the growth of his surroundings and all the people that knew him. An avid car enthusiast, he had a love for drag racing. Terry knew no strangers; they were just friends he had not met yet. He will be dearly missed.

He was preceded in death by his father in law, Charles Brock.

Left to cherish his memory is his beloved wife of 41 years, Karen Livingston; two daughters, Ashley Wood and Jessica Livingston; sons in laws, James Wood and Alex Bahr; grandchild, Savannah; parents, Wilson "Bill" and Dorothy Livingston; brothers, Ronnie (Belinda) and Steve Livingston; mother in law, Nellie Brock; his dearly loved dogs, Grace and RJ; as well as many loved aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family. 

The family will receive friends on Friday, February 26, 2021 from 5pm to 7pm at Thompson Funeral Home at Greenlawn Memorial Park, 845 Leesburg Rd. Columbia, SC 29209. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 27, 2021 at 11am in the funeral home chapel.
