Obituary of R. Henrietta Corley Kaiser

Henrietta Kaiser entered into eternal rest on January 9, 2021 in Camden, SC. Born March 17, 1931 in Columbia, SC, she was the daughter of Robert L. and Dessie Mae Watson Corley. Mrs. Kaiser was a hard worker who last served as a program assistant at Columbia Adult Daycare in Columbia. She earlier worked in food service at Lonnie B. Nelson and Dent Jr. High, as kitchen manager at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, and at Mack's Cash & Carry in Columbia. 

Mrs. Kaiser, or "Gaga" as she was known to her 6 grands, is survived by her son, Tommy C. Kaiser (Glenna) and his children: Kathryn Brown-Kaiser Price (Gene), Tom Kaiser (Grace), Caroline Brown-Kaiser Collins (John) and her great-granddaughter, Ella Grace Kaiser. She is also survived by her daughter, Tonya Kaiser Moore (Chad) and her children, Jonah, Isaac, and Lainee.  She also is survived by her double nephews, Charles Kaiser and John Kaiser, as well as numerous much-loved Kaiser and Corley cousins. 

Mrs. Kaiser was predeceased by her husband, Rudolph Corley Kaiser, her parents, her son, Edwin "Eddie" Lemuel Kaiser, and her sister, Doris Corley Kaiser. 

A small gathering for immediate family, conducted by the Reverend Eric Fink of Living Springs Lutheran Church, will be held at Thompson Funeral Home of Lexington, with burial at Crescent Hill Memorial Gardens. To attend via livestream, please click here at the time of the service. The family would like to thank Mrs. Jeana' Pough for in-home tender care for the last 4 years and the staff of Springdale Nursing Home in Camden for their care for the last 4 months.
