I will always always remember Momma Collins as a strong women who showed unconditional love to her family as well as a person who served in the Columbia community. I have been Blessed to know her as the mother of my best friend, Karen, for more than 40 years. She always loved on me as unconditionally as she did her own children. She will be missed, but never forgotten.

On behalf of the Mobley family, I would like to extend our most sincere condolences to the Collins’ family with the loss of your mother. Miss Dot holds a special place in our hearts. Every Saturday morning at the Century Lanes, Miss Dot watched over, coached, mentored, and encouraged all of us AJBC bowlers. Then there were the tournaments, award banquets, and reunions. Miss Dot was an absolute treasure. She will be remembered fondly. V/R, Melinda, Phillip, James, and Helga Mobley

Bob and I have loved Dot since we met her! She loved many and was loved by many. We have tons of stories we love to tell - even to people who didn't know her. That's what I was doing the night before she passed. Telling my sister how she came and got me and Karen from the bar in Augusta because it was "too late", the semi-pro football team that friended her at a tournament, all the great times bowling and after bowling.
I am very sorry for your loss. She was a wonderful woman and loved her family so much. Praying for strength and comfort at this time.

We are so deeply saddened to hear of Ms. Dot's passing. She was a wonderful woman. Eventhough we quit bowling, we are thankful that we were able to stay in contact by caring for her yard as she would. I miss seeing her every two weeks. She would always come to the door and talk to us. She was an amazing woman. We will miss her greatly. With deepest sympathy Nancy and Greg Branham and the Branham's Lawn Maintenance team.

Miss Dot you were one of the nicest ladies I ever met. When my son's did tournaments you were always so supportive of all of them. When I coached you gave me great advice. And a hug. You will be missed dearly. May God welcome you into his arms. Prayers for your wonderful family who shared you with all of us.
