Obituary of Sarah Jane Waldrep

Sarah Jane Waldrep 3/30/38- 3/24/20, age 81, entered into her eternal rest with her Lord and Savior Jesus on March 24, 2020. Sarah “loved big” as she greeted everyone with a heartfelt hug. She loved Jesus, her husband and family, and her church and friends.

Sarah is survived by her husband, Wesley Eugene Waldrep of Lexington, SC, daughter Shayne Waldrep Hardee (Joey Hardee) of Lexington, SC, daughter Sharon Waldrep Rogers (Kelvin Rogers) of Lexington, SC, and four precious grandchildren: Jesse Rogers, Cassidy Rogers Bassie (Braxton Bassie), Wessli-Ann Hardee, Alyx Hardee.

She was predeceased by her parents, Earnest and Liddy Fincher, and her brothers Elmer Fincher and Joe Fincher.

The family wishes to express their love and appreciation to Pastor Kenny Stafford and his wife Debbie Stafford, Pastor Tim Sieberhagen, and the church family at Kittiwake Baptist Church. The family would also like to express our love and appreciation to our friends Glenn and Teresa Cornett who have supported and loved Sarah and Gene over the years. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made in Sarah’s name to Kittiwake Baptist Church, 420 Kittiwake Drive, W. Columbia, SC 29170.
