Obituary of Bruce Goff

Cayce - Carol Bruce Goff of Cayce was born January 18, 1942 in Columbia, SC. He passed away unexpectedly November 25, 2019.  He was the son to the late Ora Nelley Goff and Heyward H. Goff, Sr.  Mr. Goff was predeceased by a son, Jodi Goff, brothers, Lannie,  Corbett and Larry Goff.

Bruce is survived by his brother, Heyward Goff, Jr. and his wife Deloris and many nieces and nephews.

Bruce was a member of Southside Baptist Church.  He grew up in the Olympia community.  He attended Olympia Schools and worked for Pacific Mills, then afterwards for The Columbia Housing Authority for over 20 years before retiring.  He was an employee of the year twice and was very proud of this accomplishment.

A Memorial Service will be held on Sunday, December 1, 2019 at 3:30 p.m. in the Chapel of Thompson Funeral Home, 200 State Street, West Columbia, SC.
