Xen was my boss at the Division of Certification. At the time we didn’t realize that he grew up with my mother and father-in-law- Clyde Bebber and Geneva Stafford of Taylorsville, NC. Very small world. He was a boss with integrity and I very much enjoyed working with him before he retired. My prayers are with you! Thanks Xen! Leigh Bebber

My father, Bob Rose, was a friend of Mr. Motsinger. Daddy died in 2017, but I wanted you, Mr. Motsinger's family and friends, to know highly he thought of Mr. Motsinger and how often he spoke about his mission trips, especially the ones to Alaska.
My condolences, Diane Rose Carr

Xen will always hold a special place in my heart. When I returned to flying after a 20 year hiatus, Xen was always interested in how my flying was going.
He was a walking maintenance manual for classic and antique aircraft, especially his love, the Aeronca Champ. Though I never had the pleasure of flying with him in a Champ he was my passenger on a trip to Candler Field in Georgia. I was honored to fly with him and he approved of my flying. :)
Xen, my friend, go soar with the Golden Eagles. You have earned it.
