Obituary of Paul David Garrick

Paul David Garrick, 63, of Greenville and formerly of Lexington, passed away on Sunday September 22, 2019. Born in Orangeburg, SC on March 29, 1956, he was the son of the late Jacob Connor Garrick, Sr. and Corrie Kinard Garrick. Paul attended Rock Springs Baptist Church in Easley, SC where he sang in the choir. He was a US Army veteran and a Mason. He loved gospel music, fishing, collecting antiques, and was an excellent cook.

In addition to his mother, Mr. Garrick is survived by his son, Asbury Connor Garrick; daughters, Audrey Lynn Garrick and Kayla Kinard Garrick; sisters, Becky Garrick Weathers and his twin sister Paulette Wright Cockrell; a special friend, Betty Hinton; as well as nine grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a brother, Jacob Connor Garrick, Jr.

Funeral Services will be held at 11am on Wednesday, September 25^th in the chapel of Thompson Funeral Home- Lexington, officiated by Pastor Ralph Schneck. The family will receive friends from 6-8pm on Tuesday, September 24^th at Thompson Funeral Home- Lexington. Burial will follow the service in Calvary Baptist Church Cemetery in Neeses, SC.
