I'm so sorry to hear of the passing of your Mom, Elisa and Mary. My condolences to you and your family. I was so impressed with her bacon wrapped asparagus that night when I was invited to dinner!

Oh what fun to be in high school with Sharon! Only wish I could've shared the college years, but I was dragged off to Texas in 1960 and still, I have not met anyone quite like Sharon. I was blessed to see her in our later years when I returned to visit friends in SC. In spite of her serious illness, she was still so full of spirit and spunk, and I loved our visits. Even then, she was a gifted hostess. My most sincere condolences go to Bob Ed and all of her family. She is probably shaking up the heavenly places now with her boundless joy at being completely healed and whole.

Sorry for your loss of your wife. My thoughts and prayers are for you and your family. I completely understand what you are going through. I lost my wife 2 years ago after 51 years of marriage. I did enjoy reading her posts on facebook .

My sincere condolences to the Montgomery family. As a Union CIty friend growing up with Bob Ed, I knew Sharon through her Facebook posts, which kept me up to date with her family. May your family love and memories help you at this sad time.

I'm so sorry for your loss. Mrs. Montgomery meant so much to me. She was like a second mother. And I know that I'm not the only one to feel that way. The house on Garland Avenue always seemed to have kids running through it. I'll always remember her cheery disposition - despite all the trouble that we kids put her through.
I miss Mrs. Montgomery!

I never met Sharon. Bob Ed and I were classmates at UCHS. Before that we had bb-gun fights around Westover School with the likes of Billy Hinton and others. Good thing Sharon wasn’t with Bob Ed then. She’d apparently have been a no-nonsense participant in our battles.
Peace be with all the Montgomery family. God bless.
