Our most sincere condolences are being offered to you. We met and enjoyed Fred’s joyful nature, when he lived in Berkeley forest. We saw him from time to time after he remarried and moved away. It was always a pleasant reunion. He will truly be missed. We pray that your fond memories will see you through this difficult time.
Sincerely
Martha and Dwight Mosby
Berkeley Forest

I knew Fred for almost 40 years. We worked together and retired together from the VC Summer Nuclear Station in 1980. We enjoyed playing golf at Fort Jackson and taking golfing excursions to the beach and the mountains with Fred and our friends.. He had a big heart and was always willing to help anyone in need. He will be sorely missed. I'm apologize that I couldn't attend his funeral, but I will be there in spirit. We send our condolences to his family. Goodbye old friend and may heaven be all you expected.
