Dian,
My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. I know it has been many years since we’ve seen each other, but Stew was one of the first people we met when we came to Columbia. He was a great friend and I still remember his laugh. May you find comfort in your memories.

My brother Charlie changed my life for the better, forever. In 1975, he invited me to go and live with him in Hawaii. Once there I never looked back, never regretted it and will always be thankful to him for giving me that opportunity. I am who I am today because of this. I love him very much and will miss him very much. Hey Stew, please give my aloha to Dad, Mom and Barbara.

Charlie and I were very close growing up. We were only 13 months apart and many people thought we were twins. I will miss my brother very much and always have fond memories of the times we had. I’m sure he is with dad, and mom, Barbara, Michael and the rest of our family in heaven. It is very difficult to know he has left us. Rest In Peace big brother.

Stew you were a great friend, brother, and brother-in-law to me. I was so heart broken when I heard you had pasted. I will always remember our hunting and fishing trips together and most of all the talks and advice you gave me for my two deployments to Iraq. You taught me how to be a good soldier and take care of others. We lost a great soldier and a brother in arms.
Dian your the best wife and friend Stew could have. Your dedication and love gave him his strength to over come the loss of his legs to keep him going.
Take care for you are in my thoughts and prayers
Roy Johnson
