Obituary of Gladys Rush Pilgrim

Gladys Rush Pilgrim, 86, of Lexington, South Carolina passed away December 20, 2018 at Oakleaf Village in Lexington.  She was born on July 30, 1932 in Union, Mississippi to Nonnie and Etta (Wilkerson) Rush.

Gladys is survived by daughters; Rebecca Ann "Becky" Gauntt (Ted) and Martha Diane Perry (David); sons, Stephen Paul Pilgrim (Tammy) and James Timothy Pilgrim (Michelle); 13 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, James and brothers; Willie Victor Rush, Billy Earl Rush and James Felix Rush.

The family will receive friends at Thompson Funeral Home of Lexington on Wednesday, December 26, 2018 from 6:00 p.m.  -  8:00 p.m.  Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 27, 2018 at Holland Avenue Baptist Church.   Interment will follow in Celestial Memorial Gardens.
