Obituary of Jerry Lee Hurd, Jr.

Jerry L. "Corky" Hurd, 57 of West Columbia, SC went to be with the Lord on Thursday, November 8, 2018.  He was born on July 16, 1961 in Fort Rucker, Alabama to the late Jerry Lee and Barbara Reddick Hurd.  

Mr. Hurd is survived by his wife, Emma Barkley and daughters; Kristina Cheshire, Jennifer Schermhorn (Shawn) and Mary Ann Ingle.  Also surviving is his brother, Jeffrey Hurd (Nancy) and 10 grandchildren.

Services will be held on Sunday, November 11, 2018 at 1:00 P.M. at Thompson Funeral Home, 200 State Street West Columbia with burial to follow in Elmwood Cemetery.
