Obituary of Edward Douglas Reaves

Edward Douglas Reaves, 26 of Lexington passed away unexpectedly Friday, September 7, 2018. Born on November 27, 1991 in Columbia, SC to Robert Reaves and loving mother, Michelle Morrison.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his maternal grandfather, JW Barham and his loving grandparents, Kyle and Barbara Watson; a beloved sister, Amber Tibbs (Taylor); and his two best brothers, Christopher Ray and Robert Reaves Jr.; and his soul mate and loving fiancée, Brittany Sharpe; two nieces, whom he adored, Brianna and Madison Lee Tibbs.  He was predeceased in death by his precious nephew, Bentley Austin Tibbs; maternal grandmother, Vounzell Barham; paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Gerald Douglas Reaves.

Edward will be missed by his many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, extended family and friends.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, September 18, 2018 from 5:00 PM until 6:00 PM at Thompson Funeral Home of Lexington. A memorial service will follow at 6:00 PM in the chapel at Thompson Funeral Home of Lexington.
