Obituary of Lily Grace Morhard

Lily Grace Morhard, 2 months old, of Columbia, passed away peacefully in her parents arms on Thursday, August 6, 2015 in Columbia. She was born on June 3, 2015 to Michael and Jamie Vincent Morhard. She never knew anything but love. And now she's free. She's free from pain and discomfort. She has a perfect body. We will miss her. We said goodbye for now, but we will see her again in heaven. We are at peace, knowing God is holding her and telling her all about us. We are thankful for every moment we had with her. We are thankful to the hospital staff for doing everything they could to give her a longer life. We are thankful for every prayer from our friends and family and even people we had never met. The love and support for her has been overwhelming. Lily's life touched so many people in such a short time. We count it as a blessing to have been her earthly parents. She is survived by her grandparents, Keith and Wanda Morhard of Mathews, NC and Vince and Terri Vincent of Greenville, NC. Her Uncle Aaron Vincent of Greenville, NC and Aunt Kelly and her husband Ben LaPiana of Wake Forest, NC.
