Obituary of Shelly Kay Gross

A Memorial Service for Shelly Kay Gross will be held at Saint Timothy's Episcopal Church, 900 Calhoun Street, Columbia, SC on Monday, September 28, 2015 at 11:00 AM. Officiating will be the Rev. Tula Henson. Ms. Gross passed away on September 23, 2015 at Palmetto Health Baptist. Shelly was born on November 15, 1944 in Columbia, daughter of the late Andrew Johnston and Ethel Lea Pearson Gross. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by a brother, Alvis Johnston Gross; and a nephew, Gregory Johnston Gross. Survivors include a sister, Ann Elizabeth Gross, Columbia; and two nieces, Jennifer Gross Ripper and Suzanne Busbee; three great nieces, Lacey Gross Wright, Jenna Gross Pidwell and Jessie Gross Pegritz; and two nephews, Justin Gross and Alex Gantt.
