Obituary of Brian Scott Brown

Brian Scott Brown, 38, of Lexington, South Carolina passed away September 24, 2015. He was born in West Columbia, South Carolina to Kathy Mosley Brown of Lexington and the late Douglas Wayne Brown, Sr. Brian is survived by his loving wife of 20 years, Natalie Sanders; his mother, Kathy Brown; his brother, Douglas Wayne Brown, Jr.; his niece, Bailey Brown; and two nephews, Nicholas and William Jeffcoat. Brian graduated from Airport High School in 1995. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering, graduating with honors from the University of South Carolina in 2000. He also earned a Master of Science in Engineering from the University of Tennessee. Brian was a licensed Professional Structural Engineer employed with PT&C | LWG Forensic Consulting Services. Brian was an animal lover who enjoyed outdoor activities. He loved old cars and the South Carolina Gamecocks. Brian and his wife, Natalie, were passionate about designing and building their personal residences in TN and SC. A graveside service will be held in Southland Memorial Gardens on Thursday, October 1, 2015 at 3:00 p.m. A celebration of Brian's life will be held on Sunday, Oct 4th at a different location and time.
