Jeff was a great friend of my father Felix! I had the privilege of meeting him on several occasions at the Eagles and when they were on a road trip coming through Beckley. A very kind man. I know he and my father had a great reunion in Heaven. Im so very sorry for your loss. In my thoughts and prayers.

I will always remember Jeff from EMT class When he was instructor. When we got to using a backboard he took us to the car crusher on Sissonsville Dr. and when had to extricate its out of old junk cars we turned over. Sanrio was extended response from Fire Dept. He gave us a hammer an flat screw driver, a hacksaw and a spray bottle of soapy water. We did extraction and really had a good time learning how we could use primitive tools to get pts out. Lessons I will never forget. Always had a good time with Jeff. My Deepest Sympathy along with my Prayers are with Family and Friends. I am sorry for your loss. I Pray you find Comfort and Peace in Joyful Memories that you share together. God Speed Jeff... Rest in Peace My Friend....

Sincere condolences for the loss of one so special in your life. Know that the smiles, laughter, and kindness Jeff always shared with others will be the forever memories of all who ever met him. May his countless memories forever warm your hearts and bring smiles to your faces, even behind tears shed. Know that death was never God’s plan (Gen. 1:28; Rom. 5:12) so he gives us hope. (Acts 24:15; Ps. 37:11,29)

I got to know Jeff many years ago with WV DOH when we put the network in all around the state. I really like his knowledge and also his help. I will never for get him and the fun we had do the work that we did together. I had seen Jeff in many years now but he was always still on my mind and as I continued to work for the WV Office of Technology he always will be in my mind.
Prayers for the family at this time and I hope that Jeff is at peace now.

The photo here is almost perfect. It sure captures the twinkle he had...just missing the shorts. :)
I got to know Jeff through the FOE, Mason Dixon and MidAtlantic Conference. A very intelligent, engaging person to conversate with, honest to a fault sometimes. Always a joy to be around.
Wishing his family peace and understanding at this difficult time.
