Obituary of Belen Disonglo Sprayberry

Belen "Boots" Disonglo Sprayberry, 85, of West Columbia, South Carolina passed away April 30, 2018 in West Columbia. She was born on September 26, 1932 in Manila, to Vicente and Consuelo Macario Disonglo.

It is with great sadness that the family of Belen Disonglo Sprayberry of West Columbia, SC announces her passing after a brief illness, on Monday, April 30, 2018, at the age of 85 years. "Boots" will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 62 years, Gene and his children, Joseph (Jeannie) and Catherine (Brian).  Boots will also be fondly remembered by her four grandchildren, Whitney Sprayberry, Cole, Nash and Justina Thornton; and one great grandchild, Parker.  She is predeceased by her sister, Carmencita Ortiz-Luiz; and brothers, Berting and Boy Disonglo, Phillipines.

A Funeral Service in memory of Boots will be held on Thursday, May 3, 2018 with Visitation at 1:00 p.m., and Mass at 2 p.m. at Our Lady of the Hills Catholic Church, 120 Marydale Lane, Columbia, SC 29210. Entombment will follow in Woodridge Memorial Park Mausoleum at 138 Corley Mill Rd., Lexington, SC 29072.
