Obituary of Mrs Shull Harrell

WEST COLUMBIA—Funeral services for Nathel Shull Harrell, 78, of West Columbia, will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, February 14, 2011 at Fellowship Baptist Church. Burial will follow in Emmanuel Lutheran Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at 10 a.m. Monday at the church until the funeral hour. Memorials may be made to Fellowship Baptist Church Building Fund, 4238 Augusta Road, Lexington, SC 29073. Thompson Funeral Home of Lexington will be assisting the family. Mrs. Harrell, beloved wife of Ralph Edward Harrell, passed away on Saturday, February 12, 2011. Born in Lexington County, she was the daughter of the late Berley Van Buren Shull and Flora Ricard Shull. She was a lifetime area resident and a member of Fellowship Baptist Church. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, sister, grandmother and great-grandmother. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends. Surviving in addition to her husband, Ralph Edward Harrell of West Columbia, SC are her daughters and sons-in-law, Barbara Watford (Eddie) of Maggie Valley, NC and Wynna Fulwood (Darwin) of Gaston, SC; son and daughter-in-law, Hepburn Harrell (Annie) of West Columbia, SC; eleven grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren; sister, Valerie Highfill of West Columbia; brother, Creighton Shull of West Columbia and her former daughter-in-law Shirley Long (Bob) of West Columbia, SC. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Jeanie Harrell a son, Steven Harrell, sisters, Lonsdell Bennett and Murline Gunter, two brothers, Leslie Shull and Clyde Shull and two great-grandchildren.
