Obituary of Eva Rebecca Johnson

Beki Johnson WEST COLUMBIA-A memorial service for Eva Rebecca "Beki" Johnson, 63, of West Columbia, will be held at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, March 2, 2011 at the Chapel of Thompson Funeral Home of Lexington. Officiating will be Pastor Elford B. Roof, Jr. Inurnment will be held in Laurel Hill Lutheran Church Cemetery in Clyo, GA . The family will receive friends from 6 to 7:30 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the ASPCA or Pets Incorporated,300 Orchid Road, West Columbia, SC. Ms. Johnson died Sunday, February 27, 2011. Born on April 13, 1947 in Columbia, SC, she was the daughter of the late John Albert Johnson, Jr. and Stella Maude Lightsey Johnson. She was the caregiver of her father for many years. Surviving are her sister, Susan Elizabeth OBryan of Snellville, GA and her brother, Thomas W. "T.J." Johnson and his wife, Margaret of Gaston. She was predeceased in death by one brother, John A.
