Colette Rikard Hutto WEST COLUMBIA : Service for Colette Rikard Hutto, 80, will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, October 27, 2011, at First Baptist Church of West Columbia, officiated by Dr. Bill Drees and Dr. Lonnie H. Shull, Jr. Interment will follow at Southland Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 12 until 1 p.m. prior to service at the church. Thompson Funeral Home of West Columbia is assisting the family. Memorials may be made to First Baptist Church of West Columbia, P.O. Box 4898, West Columbia, SC 29171. Mrs. Hutto went to be with her Lord Tuesday, October 25, 2011. Born in West Columbia, SC, she was a daughter of the late Clarence Maxey Rikard and Gladys Wilson Rikard. She was a member of First Baptist Church of West Columbia and was retired from Midlands Technical College. Surviving are her husband, Andrew J. Hutto, Sr.; daughter, Anita Stokes (Mitchell) of Aiken; son, Andy Hutto, Jr. (Karen) of West Columbia; sister, Margaret Whittle Mooney of West Columbia; three grandchildren, Leah Stokes Suddeth (Blake), Andrea Stokes and Christopher James Hutto.
