Obituary of Elsiree Ross

Elsiree Keisler Ross COLUMBIA: Service for Elsiree Keisler Ross, 84, will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, November 10, 2011, at State Street Baptist Church, officiated by Rev. Dr. Tommy Pillow. Interment will follow at Southland Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m. Wednesday evening at Thompson Funeral Home of Lexington. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Brian Center, 3514 Sidney Rd., Columbia, SC 29210. Mrs. Ross, Widow of B. L. Ross, went to be with her Lord, Monday, November 7, 2011. Born in Gilbert, SC, she was a daughter of the late Martin Luther Keisler and Irene Sease Keisler. She was a member of State Street Baptist Church; and she was retired from Brookland-Cayce High School where she was a manager in food service. Survivors are her daughters, Frances Shealy (Tim) of Cayce, Betsey Shira (George A. III) of Anderson and Cindy Libhardt (Tom) of Charlotte; son, Perry Ross (Melba) of West Columbia; seven grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
