Obituary of Joanne Hyrne

Joanne Hyrne COLUMBIA—A graveside service for Joanne Hyrne, 69, of Columbia, will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, November 21, 2011 in Crescent Hill Memorial Gardens. Officiating will be Rev. Jimmy Walker. The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m. Sunday at Thompson Funeral Home of West Columbia. Mrs. Hyrne passed away on Friday, November 18, 2011. Born in Columbia, she was the daughter of the late Edna Grace Koon. She was a lifetime area resident and owner of Hideaway Mobile Home Park. She enjoyed fishing and bird watching. Surviving are her son, Keven Hyrne of Lexington; one grandchild, Jordan Hyrne and special friend, George Williams of West Columbia and his daughters, Tammy Williams and Pam Lucas both of Pelion.
