Obituary of Jennifer Bignon

A memorial service celebrating the life of Jennifer Lynn Bignon, 41, of Asheville, NC formerly of Columbia and Charleston, SC will be held at 3:00 p.m. Sunday, September 30, 2012 in Greenlawn Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend James Harold Easterby, IV officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. until the hour of the service on Sunday at Greenlawn Funeral Home. Private inurnment will follow at a later date in Greenlawn Memorial Park. She was born in Columbia, SC on March 12, 1971. Jennifer loved the USC Gamecocks, she had a passion for all animals, and a special love for her cat, ?Blue?. Jennifer was predeceased by her grandparents, B.H. Bignon and Vivian H. Bignon. Surviving are her father and step-mother, Edward L. Bignon and Vicki E. Bignon of Irmo, SC; a step-brother, Christopher M. Jackson of Atlanta, GA; her beloved cat, ?Blue?; numerous other relatives and friends that will miss her dearly. In addition, a special thanks is extended to close friends, John & Kim Kline and Carolyn Jackson for their love, support and care shown to Jennifer over the years. In consideration for Jennifer?s love of animals, in lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Pawmetto Life Line, 1275 Bower Parkway, Columbia, SC 29212 in her memory.
