Franklin E. Williams was my father. He raised me from the time I was two years old. We lost touch when he and my mother divorced. There were many unfortunate things that happened during that time, and we lost touch, but know that I did love him as a father. I always did miss him and still do. He had so many great qualities, unfortunatley for us, life happened and got in the way. I love you Dad and I am sorry. It is good to know that after we lost touch you loved and were loved.
