Obituary of Eugene Brazell

To: The State (stateobits@thestate.com) Eugene "Harold" Brazell COLUMBIA-Graveside services for Eugene "Harold" Brazell, 74, of Columbia, will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, June 27, 2011 at Elmwood Cemetery and Gardens. Thompson Funeral Home of Lexington is in charge. Mr. Brazell died Friday, June 24, 2011. Born in Columbia, SC, he was a son of the late Ernest Howard and Velma Budd Brazell. He was co-owner of E.H. Brazell and Sons Construction Company and was a member of Park Street Baptist in Columbia. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Henry Lee Brazell and Billy Allen Brazell. He is survived by his sister, Peggy Snyder and her husband, Fred of Tuscaloosa, AL; one nephew, many nieces; and many great nephews and nieces.
