Obituary of Carolyn Sanders

A graveside service for Carolyn Corbitt Sanders, 86, of Columbia will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 26, 2011 in Greenlawn Memorial Park with Reverend Jerry Long officiating. The family has entrusted Greenlawn Funeral Home with the arrangements. Mrs. Sanders departed this earthly life on Saturday, July 23, 2011. She was born in Asheville, North Carolina to Linwood Dowling Corbitt and Alice Inez Corbitt. Carolyn was a member of Shandon Baptist Church. Mrs. Sanders was predeceased by her parents and her husband, Coy Sanders, Sr. Surviving are her children, Lynn S. (Robert) Westbrook and Coy W. Sanders, Jr.; a grandson, William Jones; a host of other relatives and friends that will miss her dearly.
