Paul Cuong Vu WEST COLUMBIA—Funeral Mass for Paul Cuong Vu, 68, of West Columbia, will be held at 12 noon, Saturday, July 30, 2011 at St. Peter's Catholic Church. Officiating will be Monsignor Leigh A. Lehocky. Rosary and Vigil services will be held at 6 p.m. Thursday and Friday evening at Thompson Funeral Home of Lexington with visitation to follow until 9 p.m. each day. The family will also receive visitors at 11 a.m. Saturday prior to the service at St. Peter's Catholic Church. Mr. Vu, beloved husband of May Hoang Vu, passed away Sunday, July 24, 2011. Born in Bui Chu, Vietnam, he was the son of the late Luan Dinh Vu and Tu Thi Vu. He was a member of St. Peter's Catholic Church. Surviving in addition to his wife, May Hoang Vu; daughters, Hoang Dung Vu (Vinh Trinh), Hoang Mai Vu, Michelle Pham (Patrick), Bich Ngoc Vu, Bich Hai Vu and Hoang Nga Vu; son, Phu Dinh Vu; twelve grandchildren; siblings, Hoang Thi May, Hoang Thi Det, Pham Thi Nhi, Father Anton Nguyen Thanh Danh.
