Obituary of Linda Driggers

CAYCE—A memorial service for Linda Driggers, 67, of Cayce, will be held at 4 p.m. Wednesday, February 8, 2012 at the Chapel of Thompson Funeral Home of Lexington, officiated by Jo Ann Crider. The family will receive friends from 3-4 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home. Mrs. Driggers passed away on Friday, February 3, 2012. Born in Columbia, she was the daughter of the late Ernest Lee "Tom" Bowen and Ruby Bell Bowen. She was a devoted and loving mother, sister and grandmother. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends. Surviving are her daughters, Amanda Driggers of Cayce and Jennifer Brown (Troy) of Lexington; son, Willard "Bubba" Driggers, Jr. (Heather) of Houston, TX; grandson, Blake Brown; sisters, Janie Hall of Columbia and Joyce Dennis of Cayce; brothers, Calvin Bowen of Pelion, David Bowen and Norris Bowen both of West Columbia.
