Obituary of Mary T. Viggiano

Mary Viggiano, daughter of Angelina and Anselmo Treboschi, was born on March 24, 1930, in Brooklyn, NY. 

Mary died peacefully in her home on August 31^st, 2023, after a short battle with cancer.  She was predeceased by her husband of 49 years, Joseph Viggiano.

She is survived by her 7 children, Donna Conigliaro (Charlie), Joseph Viggiano, Margaret Driggers (Gene), Laura Jones, Maria Dent (Bill), Eva Smith (Chris), and Andrew Viggiano (Leslie), her 12 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.

Mary had such a kind and caring nature. She was a master seamstress, making clothes for herself, her children and for a variety of dolls.  She could make just about anything.  She also loved knitting and would make her family scarfs, blankets and hats and later in life would knit hats for preemie babies with her church group.  But Mary will probably be remembered most for her cooking.  She could make macaroni’s better than any Italian restaurant!

Her smile and sweet spirit will always be remembered.
