Cynthia was born on August 19, 1958 in Barnesboro, PA, to the late Mark and Versia Taylor. She attended high school in Colorado and received her GED through the State of SC. She spent many years with family moving to several states as her late father was an Air Force Sergeant. She eventually settled in Lexington, where she lived the rest of her life.
First and foremost, SHE LOVED to laugh and smile. Her smile could light up any room and make others smile with her. SHE LOVED to dance; she found country music to be her happy place and no matter how difficult things were this was the one thing that would always put a smile on her face. SHE LOVED to travel; She worked in the hotel business for over 25 years and traveled a lot as a Front Desk Manager and helped open hotels. She truly enjoyed seeing other places. Her favorite place was the beach, if she could have lived by the beach with her feet in the sand her whole life she would have. SHE LOVED family and always felt it was important to bring us together for the holidays; her favorite holiday was Christmas and giving to others; she enjoyed watching the smile on her children’s faces opening presents and that meant the world to her to see happiness in others. SHE LOVED helping and giving to everyone. She had the heart of an angel and was always thinking about others before herself. She was always willing to give to anyone who needed help.
