Obituary of William L. Smelcher, Jr.

William or “Bill”, as he is best known by his family and friends, passed away on June 10, 2023.

Bill was a wonderful father to his son, William Smelcher III and daughter, Kristy Smelcher. He was a grandfather to Victoria Smelcher, CJ Blackwell III, Hailey C. Beth and great grandfather, AKA “PopPop”, to Aurora Blackwell.

He will be greatly missed by all that knew and loved him.
