Mark Lepkowski

Obituary of Mark Lepkowski

With great sorrow the Lepkowski family announces the passing of their beloved son, brother, husband, father, grandfather and friend, Mark "Yankee'' Lepkowski.

Mark "Yankee" Lepkowski, 57, of Pelion, South Carolina was born on March 2, 1966, in Massachusetts to Natalie Belle and Leonard Lepkowski. He is predeceased by his grandparents, Hazel Belle and Fred Lepkowski, and will be forever remembered by his siblings and extended family in Massachusetts.

While in Massachusetts, Lepkowski attended school at Montachusett Regional Vocational Technical School where he learned to become an industrial machinery mechanic, or as Mark would call himself "a glorified handyman!"  Later in life Mark moved to Pelion, South Carolina. He put his glorified handyman skills to work and kickstarted a 17 year career working for Southern Industrial Constructors Inc.  It was during this time Lepkowski's family grew. He met the love of his life Kathy "Kate" Lepkowski, and became step father to his son, Dylan Tholen. Mark loved his family very much and his grandchildren he leaves behind.

On November 8, 2013, Mark "Yankee" Lepkowski grew his family even more, and became a respected member of the Hells Angels Motorcycle Club. This is where he would go on to meet and get to know some of the most important people in his life to this day. Mark gained countless brothers for life that he loved and cared for immensely. The motorcycle community is deeply saddened by the loss of a great friend and an even better brother!

Mark "Yankee" Lepkowski loved to ride his motorcycle. He was a dog loving, hard working, committed, strong, and loyal man, loved by many. To know him was truly an honor. He made an impact on a lot of lives, and for that we are grateful. He will be forever missed, and forever in our hearts.
