Obituary of Waymon Marvin Neeley

Waymon Neeley, 73, passed away Sunday, March 6, 2023. He was born June 26, 1950 in Columbia, to the late William and Corrie Neeley. In addition to his parents, Waymon was preceded in death by a brother, Joseph S. Neeley.

Mr. Neeley is survived by his brother Furman and sister Sybil.

Waymon was a member of New Life Baptist Church. He was a longtime employee of Eckard Drug and Piggly Wiggly. Waymon was a loving brother and friend and will be missed by all

Services will be held on Friday, March 10, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at Thompson Funeral Home, 4720 Augusta Road, Lexington, South Carolina with burial to follow at Southland Memorial Gardens, 1700 West Dunbar Rd, West Columbia, SC. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. Friday at the funeral home.
