Obituary of Calvin Bernard Wright

Calvin (Muhommad) Wright, 70, of West Columbia, South Carolina, passed away October 19, 2022. He was born on September 7, 1952, in Orangeburg County, to Essie Mae Livingston and Mitchell Wright, Sr.

Calvin is survived by his wife, Maxine (Khadijah) Simpson, Sisters; Jacqueline Bamburg and Ertha Thomas and cousin, Raymond Livingston and a host of nieces and nephews.

He graduated from North High School in 1970. He was a veteran of the US Navy.  He worked at The Department of Juvenile Justice for the State of Carolina.

Funeral (Janaza) will be held at Masjid Al-Muslimiin: 1929 Gervais St. Columbia, SC 29201, at 2:00pm on Oct 21, 2022.
