Obituary of Thomas Allard Weaver

Thomas Allard Weaver of Columbia, passed away on June 2, 2022. He was 84 years old.

He is predeceased by parents Dixon Z. Weaver, Sr. and Elois Mooneyham Weaver, brother Dixon Z. Weaver, Jr. and sister Ruth E. Irwin.

Thomas is survived by loving wife of 63 years, Grace Weaver, and two children Adrienne Darleen MacMillen (Bill), Thomas Weaver, Jr., and brother Miles Weaver (Marti). He is also survived by three grandchildren, Michele, Michael, and Matthew, and one great-grandchild, Angel, as well as numerous family members.

Thomas is best remembered for his 20 years of service with the Air Force as a Master Sergeant, where he served as a military police officer. He also loved all kinds of fishing, as well as woodworking, and shooting. He and his wife Grace spent time at the VFW every weekend, dancing and enjoying the company of good friends.

A funeral service will take place on Thursday, June 9th at Thompson Funeral Home at Greenlawn Memorial Park at 12:30pm, with a visitation at 11am. Burial will follow at Fort Jackson National Cemetery.
