Obituary of Vickie Elaine Erickson

Vickie Elaine Erickson, 67, passed away Saturday, December 4, 2021. 

She is survived by her parents, James and Martha Murphy; husband, Michael Erickson; sister, Connie Taylor (John); children, Stacy Riggens (Terry), and Brook Grzelecki (Shawn); grandchildren, Justice (Tabitha), Kaylen (Leanna), Christian, Sarah, and Brandon; great-grandchildren, Kaiden, Kannon, Carolina, Kaylee, and Scarlet; stepchildren, Robert Erickson, Michelle Blanske (Jim), and Shannon Olson (Lance); step-grandchildren, Joseph Erickson, Philip Erickson, Emily Erickson (Roger), Brent Blanske (Sarah), Hollie Pille (Sean), Bo Blanske, Jamie Kok (Zach), Logan Olson (Juliana), and Summer Olson; step-great-grandchildren, Jett Pille, and Oliver Peterson; niece and nephew, John Michael, and Laura; aunts, Pat, Shirley, Ruth, and Dorothy. 

Vickie’s positive energy was infectious and her warm, glowing presence will be deeply missed by everyone who knew her.

Visitation will be held on Friday, December 10, 2021 at 12:00pm, with a memorial service following at 1:00pm at Thompson Funeral Home at Greenlawn Memorial Park, 845 Leesburg Road, Columbia, SC.
