Obituary of Betty Jean Crenshaw Shults

Betty Jean Crenshaw Shults went home to the Lord on Sunday October 3, 2021. Born in Columbia, she was the daughter of the late Thomas Crenshaw and Maggie Belle Youmans Crenshaw. Mrs. Shults was married to the late Harley Grover Shults Jr.

Surviving are her son, Thomas Harley Shults of Lancaster; daughter, Amelia Shults Clark; son-in-law, Colonel Thomas S. Clark III (UMSC, ret.); grandson, Thomas S. Clark IV, all of Charleston; granddaughter, Caroline Clark Elliott; grandson-in-law, Captain Bradley William Elliott (USAF); great-grandchildren: Amelia Ann Elliott, Henry Clark Elliott, Madelyn Williams Elliott, and Elyse Mae Elliott, all of Columbus, MS. 

A graveside service will be held October 10, 2021 at Greenlawn Memorial Park at 2:00pm. The family will receive friends and family at her home after the service.
