Obituary of Nora Ann Stebner

On September 28, 2021, our loving mother, Nora Ann Stebner (Wagner), of Lexington, SC, passed away after battling cancer.

Nora was born June 4, 1948 in Wilmington, DE, the daughter of Rudolph John and Nora Agnes Wagner (Connell).

She is preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, Donald Wayne Stebner, Sr.

Nora is survived by her children, Norann Downey, Bernadette Wilkerson (Jeff) and Donald Stebner, Jr (Michelle); her 5 grandchildren: Matthew James, Randy Owen, Lenora Mae, Justin Wayne and Khloe Nicole; and one great-grandchild, Nolan James. She is also survived by her family in Delaware. 

Nora was a faithful Army wife for 22 years as she followed her husband overseas and across the United States. In her 40’s, Nora became a licensed practical nurse. She loved reading, playing board & card games and spending time with family and friends.

No funeral services will be held.
