Obituary of Nancy W. Parker

Nancy W. Parker, 83, of Lexington, SC, passed away June 1, 2021 at her home. She was the mother to the children of Thaddeus Eugene Gibbons, and widow of Roy B. Parker. Born April 5, 1938 in Blenheim, SC, she was the daughter of the late Walter Webster and Patty Wicker.

Nancy spent her whole life dedicated to her love of nursing. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and sister to all of her siblings, and she loved her family. Nancy instilled the importance of family, love and kindness to everyone she met. She was a loving mother to everyone who knew her.

Nancy is survived by her son, Parrish Eugene Gibbons of Blythewood, SC; daughters, Meri G. Cutford of Leesville, SC, and Nancy Shawn Stephens of Lexington, SC; her brothers, Freddie Webster, and Jackie Webster of Blenheim, SC; seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; a number of nieces and nephews, cousins, and all other extended family; a loving daughter-in-law, Methus Gibbons; and son-in-law, Roger Cutford.

Funeral services are private.
