Obituary of Teresa Jane Sammons

Mrs. Teresa Jane Sammons went to be with the Lord on January 14, 2021. Teresa was born on October 15, 1957 in Des Moines, IA. Teresa enjoyed life and loved spending time with her family. She owned and operated Farmhouse Market and Antiques in Lexington, SC, her pride and joy. Her family describes Farmhouse Market and Antiques as her happy place. She loved spending her days drinking coffee and chatting with her coworkers and customers. At Farmhouse, people entered as strangers, and left as friends. Her family plans on keeping her happy place open in her memory, and thanks all of the women and men working to help run it.

Teresa is survived by her husband Steve, her daughters Tracy and Kristina, her grandchildren Kegan, Sydney, Kendall, Karson, and Keeley Grace, and her great granddaughter Kaedence, one sister and one brother, as well as Mary and Rodney Mullens and family, and the Matthews Family.

Teresa’s family would like to give special thanks to Amick Farms and to Tracy and Autumn Cowen for their help during these difficult times.

In keeping with Teresa’s wishes, the family will be holding a private service to be announced at a later time.
